Paymenta) You can secure your queue after I reviewed your order form.b) Payments must be paid in full before commencing the sketch. Work will not begin unless payment has been received.c) RUSH orders in tight schedule subjects an additional 50% of your total fee.d) Payment will only be accepted through Paypal (International clients) [Note:+5% paypal fee], Paypal, Gcash, or Bank transfer [BPI] (PH clients).e) I only accept payment in currencies USD (international) or PHP (PH clients).f) A 50% refund of the total price will be issued if the client requests to cancel their commission during the sketch stage.g) A refund will not be issued if the client requests to cancel their commission during the coloring stage.h) I reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel a commission at any time due to inappropriate or rude behavior. The client will not be refunded.2. Orderinga) Orders must include as much detail as possible in the order form. Please provide reference picture link(s), and details on what you want in your emotes/badges/commission, etc.b) I, the artist, am unable to help you come up with ideas for piece(s). Please only inquire when you have a rough idea of what you want.c) I will not draw hentai, or emotes that convey toxic/hateful/harmful messages. I will not draw sub badges with text/lettering.3. Progressa) Commissions are completed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Turnaround times may vary depending on the current queue and complexity of piece. You will be given an estimated time-for-completion or date.b) Other factors that may influence time for completion include: health of the artist, and/or personal issues.c) The client will be notified immediately if any of the influences above have occurred.d) I do not hold meetings.4. Customer Satisfactiona) I will do my best to ensure that my clients receive the best quality pieces, and are satisfied with my work.b) There will only be 2 revisions (per piece) available for the sketching stage. Any further revisions will be an added $5 or 250 PHP.c) After a commission is completed, minor changes are able to be made (color-wise).d) Any sizable changes where I am required to add/subtract or redraw a piece completely will incur additional charges. This includes significant changes such as: outfit changes, outfit addition or subtraction, and/or background changes.5. Usage and Copyrighta) I, the artist, have every right to use all pieces/artwork made by me for my own personal use- not the client. I may use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself and/or to post anywhere.b) All pieces are for non-commercial use, unless stated otherwise. You cannot make merchandise off these pieces unless we've spoken beforehand in regards to royalties and/or buying of rights.c) Client rights include:
- Use copyrighted artwork for Twitch, Youtube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Claim the right of their character(s)/avatar(s), but not the artwork itself.
- Use the art to promote themselves (credit is not required, but greatly appreciated.)Copyright Infringement falls under:- Reproducing/using the copyrighted piece(s) commercially. (Making money off my piece(s) in any way, aside from social media subscriptions. Please refer to 5b)
- Taking credit for the creation of the piece/artwork.
- Removing any watermarks and/or signatures.
- Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.d) If the client would like to use the artwork for commercial use, they must discuss it with me, the artist. This will allow you to have full rights to sell and/or use the art commercially.6. Additional ToS for Animated Emotes- Keep in mind the complexity of your order, my strength is not animation and it is normal to reject some complex ideas.
- I will not Animate anything that's already drawn by another artist.
- Includes 2 sizes (80px [for discord], 112px [for twitch]) for Animated emote.
- Indicate in your form if you want the emotes in large resolution.
- I can reject your idea if I don't feel comfortable with your order.! WARNING Failure to follow these terms of use may result in further action being taken against the content and/or user/client that has failed to follow these terms of use WITHOUT warning.
